5/15 Message to Cub Scout leaders and parents:
As a follow-up to the recent announcement regarding all summer and day camps being cancelled, we would like to share the plan for processing your unit and/or youth’s registration and fees. The process will begin on May 26th, when you will receive an email inviting you to complete an online form regarding how you would like your 2020 camp registration and fees processed. This form will include options to:
1. Apply the fees to a 2021 camp
2. Credit your fees to Family Camp 2020 and/or the at-home Day Camp Kit
3. Donate your fees to support camps and remote Scouting programs (Thank You!!)
4. Receive a full refund
5. A combination of these options
To complete this form, please have your registration number(s) available. Once you have submitted the form, a member of our council staff will process your registration and fees based on your selections. If needed, you may be contacted to confirm your requests.
