Webelos Crossover Ceremony

The New Horizons District maintains teams of experienced youth ceremonialists, led by volunteer adult advisers, that can be invited to conduct your pack’s crossover ceremony.  These ceremonialists are members of Scouts BSA troops in the New Horizons District, and look forward to working with you to welcome your Arrow of Light Scouts into their new Scouts BSA troop!
