 NOVA CARD – Counselors, feel free to use this card when helping the Scouts complete the various NOVA awards on any program level. Please print the card on cardstock. It can accompany the Advancement Report at the Scout shops but is not required. Similar to a merit badge card, it serves as an additional memento for the Scout on their achievement.

Supernova Mentor Application (turn in with your adult application)

Supernova Award Application – Youth member

Turn in completed Supernova applications to District STEM Chairman or District Advancement Chairman for approval.
