This event is open to ALL Cub Scouts in the New Horizons District, regardless of a Scout’s placement at their home pack’s race.
A Volunteer Meeting will be held Tuesday, February 11 @ 7:00 PM at Parkway Southwest Middle School. We ask every pack to send at least one adult to this meeting.
2020 Rules & Registration
All packs need to register prior to the race. Scouts should register as part of a Pack. Please make sure all racers are familiar with the 2020 race rules. All pack registrations must be received with payment by February 23, 2020. (Late registration pricing begins on February 17.)

Pack Check-In Schedule
All racers from the pack must arrive to the check-in table at their scheduled time. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before or after your scheduled check-in time. Late arrivals may not be able to race.
Pack Volunteers
It is required that each participating pack provide one volunteer to work the district race event. Packs will be scheduled to work a shift at the event (approximately 4 hours). We will do our best to ensure that the shift will not conflict with the pack’s race time. The pack volunteer must be available to work the entire shift. There will be a mandatory volunteer meeting prior to the race that all volunteers must attend.
