Popcorn sales information

Fall is swiftly approaching and we need to get all of our ducks in a row to be ready for a successful Popcorn Sale.

When your unit is successful you have more $$$$$ to do the programs that you want to do. Our District goal is to generate $105,000. Together we can meet and exceed this goal. It starts with getting all participating units to register for the sale, attend the training and then go forth and have a successful sale.

To date, we have only 6 units to complete the registration for the Popcorn Sale . We had 20 to participate in 2017. Our goal is to have 24 participating units. Let’s get this party started. Registration Now!!! Will help planning and preparation for the upcoming training

We are using Pecatonica River Popcorn Vendor this year. It is extremely important to register and to attend the training to fully understand the new program.

Important Dates:

August 1, 2018, Andre’s Banquet Center, 4238 Telegraph Road 63139-South St. Louis/County Training location

August 24: Submit Show and Sell order

September 1: Sales starts( On line and take order)

September 7: Pick up Show & Sell orders (warehouse to be announced)

October 26: Submit popcorn order (take orders)in popcorn system.

November 9: Pick up your popcorn order (H & H Metal Fabrication, 806 22nd. St. 63103)

December 5: Invoices Due
